The Rasmus is a jacket for men from our 3dX collection. It has a size-adjustable hood, very deep pockets and is reinforced in the shoulder area with our extremely durable wool bolt. This reinforcement also makes the jacket suitable for carrying a backpack or similar with a shoulder strap. Rasmus, like all our products, has a very elaborate and high-quality finish. It protects and insulates you the only way Nordic virgin wool can. The jacket comes with an inside pocket with zip.
Care: The products in our 3dX collection can be washed in a cold hand wash. Ideally, you should use a grease-replenishing wool detergent. Please note that temperatures above 30 degrees or spinning in the washing machine can damage the products.
Our natural hydrophobic treatment is environmentally friendly and therefore has a different handling. When you have washed your 3dX model, you should iron the outer cotton fabric once at lukewarm temperature. The heat will thermally reactivate the hydrophobic coating after washing. The effectiveness of the hydrophobic coating will not diminish until after 30 washes at the earliest.
Here in the north, we sail; even the Ranen who once inhabited the Island of Rügen sailed across the Baltic Sea with sails made of woollen loden. Where there is sailing there is often drinking; the first drops of the spirit liquor were tipped overboard saying: "For Rasmus...". Rasmus is the god of the wind and the sacrifice is made in an attempt to calm the sea and ensure a safe passage. If the sacrifice is unsuccessful and the storm rages and the sea break, then the only thing that helps is for Rasmus to dress.
